Our most price convenient apartment of all of the 2 bedroom apartments in our complex; bright spaces with all essential comforts for a practical, comfortable yet convenient vacation, with a view over the canal port of Cervia.

The 2 bedroom Standard apartment is a 60 sqm space that can host up to 6 persons, with 2 separate bedrooms; one double and one quadruple room.

  • You may add a baby cot to your apartment at the cost of €10 per day.

High chair (IKEA)

  • You may add a high chair (IKEA) at the cost of €10.

Surcharges for animals

  • If you are travelling with your 4-legged friend there is to consider a surcharge of €10 per day. This cost is to cover additional cleaning expenses and sanification at the end of your stay.

Cleaning and change of linen

  • There is a mandatory cleaning and change of linen at the end of your stay. Should you wish to add a cleaning and a change of linen you may do so at the following cost: change of linen and towels €30, or cleaning and change of linen and towels €50. This service is available with at least 24h notice beforehand.

Parking

  • A parking space in the our private courtyard has a cost of €10 per day.

Bicycle rent

  • you may rent a bicycle at the cost of €8 per day (€49 for a week).

Laundry room

  • The apartment complex is equipped with industrial washer and dryer (both 10kg load) and costs €4 per cycle. The machines are operated with coins.

Beach service

  •  contact us to book your umbrallas and sunbeds! We work with Mosquito Beach.
